Shipping Time
Your clothes are processed and shipped from India, so it does take some time. We want to be fully transparent about how this works, so there are no surprises.
Total shipping time = Processing time + Transit time
Processing time
2-3 days for unstitched or readymade products.
5-10 days for custom stitched products. Note that this time is counted from the date we receive your measurements.
Transit time
3-5 days for express shipping
8-10 days for standard shipping
Shipping Cost
Shipping costs vary by country.
Standard shipping is free for US, UK, Canada, UAE, Singapore and Australia over USD $250 or equivalent local currency. For other countries standard shipping costs a flat $15 - $25 per order.
Express Shipping is also available at an additional charge. The cost of express shipping varies by country and and will be shown at checkout.
Returns
We have a 7 day no-questions-asked return policy. Customer is responsible for shipping the products back to our warehouse in India. Please initiate returns by emailing us at help@shopethnos.com. Obviously, customized and stitched products are not eligible for return.

The lahenga was everything I wanted it to be. The fabric quality and stitch work was done very well. My favorite part was that reflective light danced off of the mirror work from my blouse onto the walls wherever I went. I felt beautiful and confident. Thank you Ethnos!
The only down side is that the skirt was not very breathable and my legs were overheated or sweating. Still a worthy purchase!

The pictures on your website should be more clear. The saree has bird patterns all over which was not very clear on the saree the model was wearing. If I saw the patterns I would not have purchased it

Great outfit! Good quality!! Got personalised fitting. Was a little big but overall looked great. Came in a month right in time for event so couldnt get it adjusted. Customer service team were really helpful throughout!!

I absolutely love my Crimson Red Woven Banarasi Silk Saree with Overall Butti from Ethnos! I was struck by the beautiful rich crimson shade and the intricate overall butti weave — it looks even more stunning in person than on the website. The fabric feels luxurious and well-made.
