Shipping TimeĀ Ā
Your clothes are processed and shipped from India, so it does take some time. We want to be fully transparent about how this works, so there are no surprises.Ā
Total shipping time = Processing time + Transit time
- Processing time
- 2-3 days for unstitched or readymade products.Ā
- 5-10 days for custom stitched products. Note that this time is counted from the date we receive your measurements.Ā
- Transit time
- 8-10 days for standard shippingĀ
- 3-5 days for express shippingĀ
Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is free for all countries (US, UK, Canada, UAE, Singapore, Australia, South Africa, etc) on orders over USD $200 | GBP Ā£150 | INRĀ ā¹18,000 or equivalent. We charge a flat shipping fee of USD $9.99 for orders under that threshold.
Express Shipping is also available at an additional charge. The cost of express shipping varies by country and and will be shown at checkout.Ā
ReturnsĀ
We have a 7 day no-questions-asked return policy. Customer is responsible for shipping the products back to our warehouse in India. Please initiate returns by emailing us at help@shopethnos.com. Obviously, customized and stitched products are not eligible for return.
